1996 Animation Best Collection vol.4
[GA-082]

Overall rating: Ok. Not that great, but has *some* good songs...

Track/title/anime
1.Identity Crisis/ GPX Cyber Formula SAGA  The intro is pretty interesting and the singer sure knows how to project! The chorus is kind of annoying with the male chorus trying to sing in English with the woman singer echoing.
2.Wild at Heart/ GPX Cyber Formula SAGA This has a cool interlude in the middle, but otherwise is similar to the OP.
3. _ke! Daguon/ Daguon My friend recognized this song off the bat (couldn't tell you where she saw the anime way back then^^), but I probably like this one LESS than the Cyber Formula ones...
4. Kaze no Naka no Prism/ Daguon Kinda slow, almost Mahou Tsukai Tai-ish.
5. __bi wo shite FOLLOW YOU/ Mahou Tsukai Tai! Immediately, before I knew anything about this show, I alway imagined this 50's thing with the perfect family and a bunch of those women dressed in pressed yellow dresses with matching hats singing in a chorus ^_^... don't ask... please.
6. Mata Ashita/ Mahou Tsukai Tai! This is a slow and harmonic song which starts out as an unaccompanied voice which is later joined with other singers and accompaniment. It's a comforting song.
7.??/ ?? I like this song although I have no idea what it's called nor where it's from. It almost sounds like a North American soft-rock song with a sax going in and out of the interludes.
8. Ano_ no Youni/ ?? Another slow but decent song.
9. Class no Summer Days/ Fancy CoCo I had high hopes for this since I liked the character designs but the song was too cute for my tastes... uh oh, here come the women dressed in yellow again!! *Shalalalalaaaa*
10. ??/ Fancy CoCo Sung by two guys... one of which is an okay singer... the other... needs singing lessons... in other words, another cutesy song that I have no taste for.
11. Hateshinai __ /  Gunsmith Cats OP theme. I liked this song to an extent... while one of my friends was OBSESSED with it for quite a while and wouldn't stop singing/playing it over and over and over...
12. _ to Kashinakya/ Gunmith Cats ED theme. This is good as well and like the OP, has 3 (I think) characters singing it. The interlude consists of bongo drums and guys attempting an Afo-American rap-ish thing... I can't fugure out what they're saying exept bits and pieces that make no sense. Yeah... Chicago, Illinois...
13. Mienaikara ~Invisable One~/ Jubei Sensei something Tolerable. Some nice vocal harmonies on the part of male singers this time.
14. Baribari __ No.1/ Jubei Sensei thing Heavy metal. That is all I can say about this... veeeeeery amusing! I was laughing so hard when I first heard this^^! It's almost like a nursery rhym with a heavy metal accompaniment... uh huh. That woman can scream!
15. something Idol/ VS Lamune & 40 Fire These voices are the epitomy of annoying. At the time I enjoyed these last two songs and I thought they were decent.
16. ??/ VS Lamune & 40 Fire Slow and soft. Thankfully, not of the annoying voices. Yes, a decent song.
